All these HDPE Laminated /PVC Coated Tarpaulins are made from PURE VIRGIN RAW MATERIALS AND ARE UV STABILIZED TO THE MAXIMUM, and hence there will not be any delamination. They are Multilayered for Strength and to provide 100% Protection from Water and Dust.
There will be always a shortage of half foot to One Foot in the length side and 6 inches to 2 Feet, depending upon the size, in the width, due to joints and Hemmings. So, the Exact size of the Final Tarpaulin may not be the same which is ordered, and please take into consideration this aspect before finalizing the sizes.
The Aluminum Eyelets would be normally given at every 3-foot interval and if you need any extra eyelets, please note that Rs.2.50 is charged for the extra Eyelet.
We also provide Yellow Color, Extra Nylon Rope all around the Circumference of the Tarpaulin, especially for Poultry and House Roof Covers, so that it would be easy for the customers to tie, securely, so that Air does not go inside and damage the Tarpaulins. We charge Rs.1.50 /- Per Running Feet extra for 6 MM, and Rs.0.75 Extra per Running Feet for 4 MM Ropes.
For Pond liners, you need to have minimum 3 feet extra to spread on all 4 sides of the Pond to spread on the Ground, and the last half foot, edges have to be slightly buried into the ground with 6 to 8 inches pit, so that it will not fly off. Never bury the edges of the Tarpaulin, unless you fill the Pond fully, for the first time. Burying the edges or tying the Tarpaulin with the Eyelets, will invariably Damage the Sheets. Allow it to get fully adjusted to the pit shape, by filling the pond till the ground level.
Covering the Extra Tarpaulin spread on the ground esp. for pond liners, with Shade net, will enable Your Pondliner, to last longer years.
By covering the Entire Pond, with a Shade Net, will help you by preventing Algae Formation.
For House Roofs and Poultry, the Tarpaulin has to be tightly tied by Using Nylon Ropes which was inserted all around, by not letting the air go inside. If the air goes inside, esp. for Poultry Roofs and House Roofs, it would damage the Tarpaulins, and for this kind of Damages, the company shall not be held responsible.
For Outstation customers, we, as Committed, would Book Your Goods in the Transport Company and the LR Copy would be sent to you by WhatsApp, the next day Morning. If there is a Delay in the arrival of goods, or if there is a Damage in Handling the Parcel in the Transport Office, you need to Contact the Transport Company and get it solved. Our Company shall not be responsible for the delay in delivery of your Goods. To avoid such things, Customers are requested to come to our Factory and get the goods in their own vehicles.
We do not give any sort of Guarantee, for Man-Made Damages, especially, on Lorries, where they hang while tying ropes of the Truck, and that would damage the Tarpaulin due to abrasion and that would do further damage when the truck shakes on Speed breakers and on the pits at the end of the Tar Roads. For any damages, there would be a Paste, Which Costs Rs. 50/- per tube, that can be used to paste on the top of the holes and it would be permanently sealed.
Please Note that The Delivery/Booking of the Goods will be mmade within 24 – 72 hours depending upon the size and the quantity of the Orders.
The Bill Copy of the Goods would be inside the Bundle and you Can take the same or the lorry office would give you a Copy of the Bill.
For GST invoices, please provide your GST Number, while placing the order, so that we can mention the same in the Bill when we raise the bill for the first time, and that is easy.
